I founded Encourage Over Everything in honor my mom. Her loss inspired me to live more fully and in my gift as a coach. Reflecting on all the lessons learned from grief and life's hardships, encouragement has been my lifeline through it all.
Encouragement has been there for you too and I'm sure you've been an Encourager to others as well. It's the one common thread we can all pull on and it will shine a light on us until we can ignite our own.

This coaching program came to be as my dedication to love and all it's taught me. It's a beautiful dance that is heart-centered and yet rooted in high performance. If you've ever been wounded, frustrated or jacked up in the name of love; wounds heal, frustrations turn to flowers and you bloom as one of the most beautiful in the garden of love. I'm dedicated to help you level up all the love you have in your life.

This group was born from my need for more growth friends. Have you ever had growth friends? They just hit different! Growth friends celebrate and support you. When you hit discouragement along the way to your dreams, growth friends remind you of who you are, Who's you are and help you turn your light back on. Connecting with other hearts who also have a desire to nurture self-love, to be at our best and pour into others from our overflow, is the soul food we all need. If I'm describing you, you've found your home!
